Adam Belsher, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Belsher joined the Company in 2011. He has 20 years of experience in the global technology sector as a marketing and sales executive. Most recently, Mr. Belsher served as Vice President of the Verizon Business Unit for BlackBerry Limited (formerly Research In Motion Limited) (TSX: BB)(NASDAQ: BBRY) from 1998 to 2011. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Carleton University and a Diploma in Business & Management Studies from the University of Bradford.

Jad Saliba, Founder & Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Saliba founded the Company in 2010. He is a former digital forensics investigator who left policing in 2011 to devote his time to building the Company and developing the Company’s Internet Evidence Finder software into a thorough and easy-to-use software solution that recovers Internet-related artifacts from computers, smartphones and tablets. In the role of Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Saliba is focused on researching new methods of recovering and analyzing all types of evidence for digital forensics investigations. Mr. Saliba holds diplomas in Computer Science, Networking and Hardware and Advanced Network Security and Connectivity from Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Angelo Loberto, Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Loberto is an experienced finance and corporate operations executive with 20+ years of experience in the technology sector. He is responsible for the development of the Company’s financial management strategy and operational objectives, including corporate budget, investment priorities, policy development, human resources, and facilities management. Prior to joining the Company in 2014, Mr. Loberto held a number of senior and executive positions in Finance & Corporate Operations at BlackBerry Limited (formerly Research In Motion Limited) (TSX: BB)(NASDAQ: BBRY) from 1997 to 2013 and held various positions at KPMG LLP from 1994-1997. Mr. Loberto is also the former Chair of the Board of Directors for both the Cambridge Memorial Hospital (2012-2014) and the Cambridge Memorial Hospital Foundation (2017-2019). Mr. Loberto is a CPA, CA and holds an Honours Bachelor of Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.

Scott Williams, Chief Strategy Officer

Mr. Williams is responsible for leading the Company’s strategic activities. He joined the Company in 2018 and is a seasoned executive accustomed to working in fast-paced, high-growth businesses. Mr. Williams has previously held a variety of senior-level positions with BlackBerry Limited (formerly Research In Motion Limited) (TSX: BB)(NASDAQ: BBRY) from 2004 to 2006, XM Canada (Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc.) from 2007 to 2011, SiriusXM Canada Holdings Inc. from 2011 to 2013 and 2ndSite Inc. (doing business as FreshBooks) from 2016 to 2018.

Craig McLennan, Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Craig is responsible for Sales and Marketing activities that enable Public and Private Sector companies around the world to capture the full capability of Magnet Forensics robust suite of solutions. Prior to joining Magnet Forensics, Craig was instrumental in building Microsoft’s Customer Success business in Canada after leading Microsoft’s Consumer and Device business. Craig has held leadership roles in Samsung Canada and Research in Motion (BlackBerry) where he served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director, North America. Craig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management.
